An Artist Comments on Egypt’s Leadership Through Artwork
Reda Abdelrahman, an artist now living in New York, left Egypt in 2013 to escape persecution. He uses his art to express his political views.

A former lawyer, he has earned freelance credits in The San Francisco Chronicle. A documentary director, his notable projects include “Egypt: The Story Behind the Revolution.” He is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.
